Join the ELCC team as we continue the It starts with a book: nourishing SEL one story at a time workshop series with a new session all about finding our inner calm!

In this workshop, we will focus on the Self-Management pillar of the CASEL framework. Together, we’ll explore how to help young children recognize when their brains are “flipped,” identify strategies that help them find their calm, and create supportive environments that promote co-regulation and sensory balance.
